Tim Alles

As a board member of the Foundation for Vision Research, Tim brings a unique perspective highlighting his expertise in the legal and financial industries.  He is an estate planning attorney who established Alles Law to help real people transform confusion into confidence when it comes to their estate plans. As a husband, a father, and a committed member in his community, Tim understands first-hand how important it is to protect the ones you love and the life you’ve built through sound legal planning.  He founded Alles Law with the goal of simplifying the path to a meaningful estate plan.

Tim is an involved member of the community. In addition to his work for the Foundation, he is president of the board for Grand Rapids Christian Schools and serves on the board of trustees at The Fountain Hill Center. Tim teaches estate planning for the Calvin Academy of Lifelong Learning, and regularly speaks on estate planning and related topics around West Michigan. He is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their two kids, Brandt and Sadie.
